Follow-up.Seller promptly responded to my inquiry about unit not functioning. It was a bad remote and a replacement remote was provided. Unit works great and no other issues. Highly recommend seller and unit. Impressed with focus on customer service and satisfaction. I am satisfied with this purchase.Received unit today - very excited and ready to try it out. BUT - it doesn't START! Simply plug unit in outlet and turn on and hit START - but unit doesn't start. Display illuminates with 00:00 and remains static. Pressed both the start button on unit AND the start button on remote (batter installed) and nothing! Tried different plug outlets and numerous attempts with no luck. BUMMED! Unit looks nice and great size but doesn't work. Sent email to vendor and see if they can fix or replace ASAP. Will update review after their response and resolution.

I have two AxeFit walking pads and they both work great. They are easy to move around and I can set them up under my desk to allow for intermittent walking time while I work. Very little maintenance is needed and the instructions are easy to follow.

I do like this walking pad and great price point. I do have to keep a chair next to me to hand onto as the pad is small and I’m almost 6’ tall so if I don’t have a visual I’ll hit the front in my stride and sometimes will hit the edges. For a smaller person this would be perfect. I bought some risers for my couch and now it slides under easily which is a plus.

Wat a great alternative to those expensive and bulky treadmills. I am very pleased this first month of daily use with no issues at all. Great to watch the news and walk a mile or two with no effort in my own living room. Should have bought this years earlier had I known about it.

I absolutely love love this walking pad! You think an increase like an incline would make not a big difference especially at only 5° but my goodness it really does make a difference and makes you sweat a whole lot more. Before I got this pad, I may have only reached in honesty between 5 and 7,000 steps a day. But now I am anywhere between 16-22,000 everyday! The pad is not necessarily loud or obnoxious sounding but I do have one negative thing about it. The walking pad itself the conveyor belt part that you're walking on, it turns your feet absolutely Pitch Black. Now I normally walk with shoes on with my arch supports however one time I wanted to try walking barefoot and came off of there with my feet looking like the soles of my shoe. I don't know why that is or if it'll ever go away but it makes me nervous now walking in my house with carpet because of how dirty it makes my feet or shoes. That's the only negative take away from it. I also wonder if the speed is actually accurate because there's no way I am walking as fast as it says I am. However regardless of the accuracy of the speed I don't think it keeps accurate count of your calories because you're not putting in your weight your height female male or anything else to give accurate numbers. However I do really really like the basic part of this walking pad I thought I would fall on my face without having like a railing or a bar to hold on to but to my surprise it is doing nothing but building my confidence. I definitely would recommend this I put it right underneath my bed and use my stand-up work desk and I'm still able to do my writing journaling and work. Highly recommend for the average Walker. I don't know how it would be running but I am not nor will I ever be a runner.

Bought this walking pad for my husband for Christmas 2024. Took it out of the box and set it up on January 10, 2025. Texted the phone number listed on paperwork to activate the warrantee and get a more complete product manual vs. minimum manual in the box. After a back and forth on that text, I finally asked if this was a scam. Immediate reply was no, not a scam, the warrantee has been activated, and there is no product manual. Just plug it in and use. Asked for confirmation of warrantee; nothing received. Ok, well, we did begin using the pad on January 10, and things were good, but not today! Today, I was going 3.8 mph, and when I wanted to reduce speed to 3.6 mph, the pad would not adjust the speed, would not pause, would not shutoff after the emergency cord was pulled, and the off button did nothing! My husband had to unplug the cord from the wall for this pad to stop! Thank goodness I wasn't alone and did not have to literally jump off the pad. DANGEROUS! I tried the pad again about 30 minutes later, and the same thing happened. I texted the initial contact number I used during the request for warrantee and product manual debacle; I've received no reply in the last 4 hours. My advice, take this pad off of your list! I will submit another review after I finally hear back from the company.After contacting the seller about my walking pad issues, I was offered a complete refund, which I accepted. I'm happy with this response.

It is good but it doesn't go faster. However I did use it the first few weeks will continue to use it again.
