Works for dairy. I'm lactose intollerent.

I’m very happy with the results I get when I take these pills. I’m sold on buying these again and again as long as the results stay the same.

I like these ones that come in tablet form in a bottle as opposed to the ones in envelopes, which has a lot of packaging waste. The only issue is that all the ones in bottle form are weaker so you have to take a few at one time. I never had any bad pain or bathroom experiences when I used these, but I error on the side of extras for things like ice cream, that tend to bother me more.

Used to purchase directly from Purity Pride. I have these to be the best for my lactose intolerance. Easy to swallow. Some medications contain lactose. I take one with those medications. Three with dairy products. Very helpful.

I am grossly lactose intolerant and this item has saved me a bunch of money. Most effective with lactose laced foods & meds using fewer doses or capsules No chewing chalky tablets, no weird taste, just a very easy to swallow softgel capsule. Container seems kind of cheap, but the product delivers.

Works if you drink 3 pills per consumption of lactose, anything less will give you lactose intolerant symptoms. That being said, you're paying for 40 pills instead of 120. Also, if you have the bottle longer than 4 months, the pills start "melting" and giving off an oily orange substance.
