if you don't like taking the large omega 3 capsules the this is for you, the taste isn't that bad just knock it back then have a drink, ie,orange,milk, it really does help you system and joints, it says 19 servings looking it up for 250ml you get 21 desert sp.

I have thyroid that cause extremely heavy periods but after taking 1 -2 tablespoons of this daily my monthly cycle can only described as heavy which is fantastic improvement.
