DO NOT PURCHASE THIS !!!
Excited to purchase this item to review some family tapes from the 1990s - it worked for precisely a few minutes- after reading the instructions - providing a new battery - the 2nd attempt to insert a tape - ended with the tape being caught and damaged and completely entwined in the mechanism - just would not recommend on original tapes so precious ... nice idea - but perhaps leave it to the professionals ... DO NOT BUY ....
