Q: What is the size of the heads of these clubs? They look like they are all the same size in the pictures.

Yes they are all very close in size but the pitch angles are all different. I absolutely love these clubs and has helped improve my game alot.

Q: Are these clubs forged or casted?

I would say they are cast. That would be the cheapest way . Forged requires more work. The irons are great add distance to your game. Chipping no good for me. Only carry 3-6 irons blade type for chipping

I think they play just as well on both surfaces. The face of the club doesn't seem to deflect as my regular irons did.
