Spatone iron supplement sachets are a good natural way to increase your iron levels. I’ve suffered from iron deficiency for a long time. I’ve tried every supplement out there, from liquid iron to iron pills, but they all gave me bad stomach cramps. Spatone is the first iron supplement that I’ve tried that actually works. I had my doubts, but decided to give it a try and it really does work. I think it’s important how you take it. It needs to be on an empty stomach and, unless you get the one with added vitamin C, you need to take it with a Vitamin C rich drink. I was also told not to drink tea or coffee before and not for an hour after you take it. Also not to have milk or cola drinks either as they block the iron’s absorption. It sounds like a lot of fuss, but it ensures the iron is absorbed fully. Before I started taking this, I had dents in my thumbnails, caused by iron deficiency. which have now grown out completely. My hair is better too.

I suffer with iron deficiency and these have been a godsend. I felt really tired with 0 energy whilst visiting a friend and she pulled this product out of the drawer and promised it would help. I felt better within an hour. Since then I’ve been buying these regularly and when I remember to take them, they seem to work! I love that it is a sachet - you can take them easily with no water needed, unlike iron tablets. The original has a funny taste but I enjoy the flavour of these ones!
