TAMASHII NATIONS - One Piece - Monkey D. Luffy -Romance Dawn- S.H.Figuarts Action Figure

I've bought from Tamashii Nations before (I got Yuji Itadori) and wasn't disappointed as the figure wa insanely well made. I had 100 bucks and was like: "I wanna get a figure." so I look up luffy figures and see this and who it's made by and instantly click add to cart. I knew it was gonna be good based on who made it and boy was I right. The figures detail is amazing, from the scars on the hat left by buggy to the sandals bumps. The Sandals stay flat when luffy bends his toes which is great for people like me who love to pose figures in bizarre stances that require good footing, and the back white fluff of his pants flop up and down for posing. The material for the lower shirt is bendable, which makes great for posing as well. The figure is sterdy (I dropped it after opening it and a little after (I also accidentally slammed his body into a wall when walking to my room with it)) and only comes apart if you pull to make it. The faces are insanely detailed. The only thing somewhat lacking are the hand poses but those could be overlooked. I'm hoping to buy the time skip luffy to see if I can use parts from one figure to the other but that's for later. The size of it is decent an pairs up to my other figures. (even non SHFs) But other than that, for 30 something bucks, it's a great figure.

Amazing figure! I love how it’s super posable and the faces are super expressive and anime accurate. I also got the Gum Gum option parts set and I love the rubber bendy arms. The only bad thing about the figure is that it is kind of fragile and my old one broke before I got this one. Ps: If you buy some sticky tack you can do even more awesome poses.

Arms come off if messed with Too Rough

AHHH I LOVED IT SO MUCH!!!! The details are immaculate and impressive!! I loved the fact he has so many ways to express himself! Easy to assemble, but the parts are small I worry I will lose it. He suddenly ate all of my food and somehow still was able to smile at me!

The original shf luffy (Not the old one, Raid on Onigashima) was okay at best, with his upper body being good, but lower bad. After seeing a couple promo images for this guy before release, I was skeptical. But now that he has arrived--he is THE go to SHF luffy. The details is amazing. You can even see the cuts that buggy left during orange town. His size is good, he scales well with other figure arts. My copy had a arm that came off easily, but with some paper I fixed that issue. Durability is good, I have dropped him a couple times setting him up. And finally, his articulation- super good! The legs can finally go over 90°! Should you buy? Yes! One piece-on top.

Great articulation!!! The gum gum body part pack should’ve been included with the figure imo. No thigh swivel 😭

Preordered this second / new batch of release at good price. The included faces are very nice. Like his iconic clothing. Very nice to pose
