I was surprisingly pleased with the two sets of these I purchased for my lanai. The assembly was time consuming but straightforward and the included ratchet and wrench were perfect for the job. All of the bolts lined up perfectly and the directions were fairly clear. Hillga had sent me a message explaining the delivery process and the number of boxes in my order. Everything arrived earlier than quoted. The cushions are quite comfortable, and the swivel and gliding action is smooth and squeak free. There is even a package of extra hardware. I think these chairs are a good value and will be purchasing additional products from them for another room.

These are very nice for the price. We typically do not have a problem putting items together, and we did not have a problem putting these together. The instructions were very clear. I was also worried about the swivel and tilt. I bought these for my elderly parents and didn't want the chairs to be loose in movement. The movement is stiff so it is stable when you sit down or get up. I would definitely buy these again. Thank you!

Easy assembly if you FOLLOW the instructions! If a bolt doesn't start easy, back it out and try again. DON'T tighten any bolts until you have them all installed. Product is of good quality and we are very pleased.

The chairs are comfortable and spacious. At around 275 lbs, I can sit comfortably. Only reason I didn't rate 5 is assembly can be a bit challenging. On one of the chairs the screw and hole didn't line up great, causing a screw to get cross threaded. I had to re-tap the nut, that is welded into the chair, and put side pressure on the two pieces I was connecting. All worked out. The chairs are great, once assembly is finished. An extra bonus is the little rachet that is included for assembly, my 5 year old grandson will enjoy this as he helps dad and grandpa with other projects.

Well packaged. Everything needed to assemble was in the package. The alignment of one screw was a bit off and needed some extra effort, but that added maybe an extra 2 minutes to the assembly time.My only complaint was that I couldn’t order 2 sets under my account. So I ordered 1 set and my wife another.The chairs are very comfortable and admired everyone.
