New Balance574 unisex-adult Sneaker

I've worn new balance shoes for a long time. Got these just last month and have only worn them around the house and to the store a couple times. I have noticed the quality in them deteriorating over the years. It's very disappointing. Not sure if there is a warranty but I hope to get a response somehow since they are still brand new and this spot has come unravelled.
