This has helped me SO much. It's a holy grail product. I can sleep better and actually rest. I was able to stop smoking weed to sleep ever since I started this supplement. I don't have as much muscle pain as before, little to none tbh, less knots on my back from stress. Less cramps. I take it at night so in the morning I feel more calm. Awesome vitamin pack. Came exactly as described, and I take them every night. I ordered this one because this type of magnesium was something that I was told absorbs better than other magnesium types. I noticed that drinking alcohol or taking it on an empty stomach, sometimes irritates my stomach a little bit, to no fault of the seller. I just figured I’d mention incase this info benefits someone else.

If you are struggling with staying asleep the whole night thru- as I was- this is a must try! Melatonin was effective at helping me fall asleep, but it did not keep me asleep. This magnesium supplement has totally transformed my sleep life. I sleep the WHOLE NIGHT. Even when I get up to use the toilet in the wee hours I immediately return to sleep when I get back to bed. Great product. Only complaint is their little micro capsules being small in comparison to the industry standard making it to where you have to take two in order to get the 500 mg when obviously it's just a marketing ploy as to where you get more capsules in a smaller container. If they just said it was a 60-day supply and made the capsules bigger as to where you can just do one a day It would still be absolutely worth it.

It was a different brand than what I usually get but it was more in mg, so far its no different than what I was taking before, it works great.

Wow, I was waking up every night around 3:00 in the morning and then up for about an hour. The first night I took this and slept through the night. Every night now, I no longer wake up. I think due to perimenopause I was waking up, but this stuff is great. I never had trouble falling asleep but now I am having a good night's sleep.
