The first I got dead then they sent me a new one
I only had it for a couple months and it die last night. They sent me a new one way to make this right

gave my dog a UTI
Call it a coincidence but my dog had a UTI after I used this.It's loud and bright, didn't work great.

Pump doesn’t work after two months.
Love the idea of this water dish but the sensor that pumps the water is not working. I have to manually press the button which over pours the water and then stops leaving no water in the dish which leaves my poor kitty without water

This item is cute and the battery has lasted a good while
This is a cute item and the battery has lasted for quite a while now. So far, the only problem I have with it is It's not real easy to get the trays in right? So it's harder to pick them up to See if there is water in it or to check the water level and then when it activates It's kind of loud So every time my cat's approach it, it scares them away. I'm going to give it a few more days to see if they get used to it. But if not, I'll have to return this because it's not getting used.

Great and easy to use!
Great and very easy to setup. Just charge the base, rinse off the prices and fill with water. Our cat took a day to get use to it but now loves it!

Pet Hydration Station
When we adopted a bonded pair of rescue dogs earlier this year, we decided to upgrade to an electronic water station so they would always have fresh water. This is an excellent option, but not without its flaws. First off is more a problem with my pup than the device: my little chihuahua is only 5.75 pounds, so the fountain is simply too tall for her. She's also terrified of pretty much everything, so the motor freaks her out, even though it's not very loud. (For the record, the other pup, a 20-pound terrier mix, drinks heartily from it!) I also wish it had some way to know when it needs to be refilled; as it is, you cannot tell until it starts making an awful noise when the sucking part cannot suck up any more water. But, the charge lasts for a long time, so other than those small qualms, this is a great choice.

Stopped working after 2 months.
The media could not be loaded. I order this December 21st. And it stopped working this morning.
