I read a lot of mixed reviews on this pressure washer on Amazon and some car detailing forums. I decided to give it shot versus building out my own system. I am so glad I decided to buy this pressure washer. The 100’ hose reaches almost everything on the back of my hose. The simplicity of all you have to do is turn the water and power on has been a life saver. It use to take me 30-45 minutes to set up and take down the pressure washer. I use this pressure washer for washing our personal vehicles and my work truck, along with cleaning the driveway. I couldn’t be happier. I ended up putting up a 2x12 in the garage to ensure it would mount safely. The pressure washer is pretty heavy. If you are on the fence about buying one I suggest you just buy it. I have only had mine for a couple of months so I can’t attest to h the durability. I haven’t had any issues of the hose kinking when winding back up even after I have pulled all of the 100’ hose out, which I know was a common complaint. Just let it wind back in slowly.

I work for private golf club and my pro shop boys needed and quality pressure washer for cleaning the carts. This product absolutely failed in all the ways. I didn’t like the price to began with but the company has a good rep so I thought I’ll give it a try. This washer has been in use for maybe 2 months and the track that winds the hose back up broke completely! The hose has kinks all over like it’s about to blow a hole! The pressure is lacking big time… I wish I could get my money back but I took too long to get it up and in use. I had so much excitement for this pressure washer and it has been nothing but an absolute letdown. If you’re the type of person who pressure washes their car at home once a week or once a month and you gently take care of your items as in everything doesn’t have a spec of dirt on it. This might be the right product for you. Strong maybe… But if you use a pressure washer like a pressure washer should be used in general and you want it to last don’t buy this one. Side note: I wrote the above comments and forgot to submit! 3 days later the machine quit all together.... Such a waste of money.

Works great to wash my vehicles. And with the wallet mount attachment makes it very easy to take off the wall during the winter months and store inside to keep it from freezing.

Very easy to install, who seems very thin, not sure how long it's going to last pressure. It's also not as high as I thought it would have been, but it's good enough as a secondary cleaner for a patio before our garage

It's what you expect from an electric pressure washer. Compared to a gas powered one, this one is: Convenient, quiet, efficient, and with no maintenance. It's also less-powerful than a typical gas one, just know that. I had a hose spigot installed inside my garage for this very purpose. Having it wall mounted is one of those situations where suddenly I use it much more because it's convenient-- and let's be real, the convenience of the auto retraction is the main reason you're looking at this model. Well, it's pretty good! Seems to be holding up fine after a year. I'm also glad I got the longest 100' hose. I can reach most of the house siding and the driveway with it. I've used it for those purposes but also for cars and even "cutting" out stones from the ground when I couldn't find their edges.

Fast shipping and the packaging was very well done. The pressure washer was very easy to assemble and pretty much ready to go right out of the box. There is alot of power draw from the unit and I ended up tripping my breaker with a low voltage car charger plugged in on the same relay. Overall great product from my first two uses, I will update in another month. So far with the included foam cannon my car washing time was cut in half from hand washing so it is a major Time Saver.

I have had this washer for 14months and it works great. Last week during use, it developed a leak on the short connector hose from the pressure washer to the hose reel. Upon inspection, I found the hose had blown. I contacted customer service via email and supplied my invoice and some pictures of the problem. The next morning, I had a response requesting address confirmation. Later that day I received confirmation that a new replacement pressure washer was being sent to me. In less then a week, I received a complete new unit. They also did not want the failed unit returned to them. This was my first purchase of a Giraffe product, and with this level of customer service, it will not be my last.

Had one problem with it. Contact the company. Send me a brand new one in matter one week. Super fast with juste one email. Customer service is great. Clean my car with it goes super well. I like it also cause it’s you could use it super fast and put it back away fast.

Après 6 mois d’utilisation, le moteur à lâcher. Plus de nouvelles du service à la clientèle. Très déçu. Pour une machine à 650$ et plus je m’attendais à ce que ça ne lâche pas après 6 mois et aumoins avoir un remboursement partiel de la compagnie, mais ils ne répondent pas.
