I read that different forms of magnesium can have different benefits, so I liked that this combines six types in one supplement. I take it before bed with a big glass of water and I do feel it makes a difference for me. I’ve put it on Subscribe & Save to bring the cost down and, more importantly, so I don’t forget to reorder. I’ve been quite happy with it and will continue using it.

I had bought this supplement after reading online that types of magnesium can help with anxiety, stress, sleep quality and more. After searching Amazon, this product looked like great overall so I decided to go with this brand. The first evening after they arrived, I took one capsule and to my surprise I woke up the next morning feeling extremely refreshed. Being the type of person who usually wakes up in the mornings with substantial lethargy, it was extremely nice to wake up, and be ready for the day rather then preparing myself for half an hour to step out of bed! Size of the capsules are relatively small and easy to take - 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. My only issue is that this effect seemed to wear off after about a week which is why I have taken one star off. I am not sure if this is due to the quality of the product or if it something else, but apart from that the supplement has been great, and I have decided to re-purchase. It is very helpful that you get a 3 month supply for such a great price with all types of magnesium included.

My absolute thanks to magnesium and vitabright! I have only been taking it for a short time but the result has been the best sleep 😴 💤 😌 I have experienced in such a long time - years! I woke feeling calm. My head wasn't racing before sleep I did dream...it's just wonderful. I did wake with a 'ringing' in my ear but I was advised to reduce the dosage to one in the evening and the other in the moring. I don't take medications so my body takes a little time to adjust. I have also noticed a reduction in appetite.

Product is ok. Be aware that you are getting a blend of magnesium for the price. The nutritional information does not disclose how much of each form is included, which is a real shame and likely suggests the cheaper variants are more commonly found in the blend.

Great product! I bought this for my mum, who gets leg cramps from time to time. Since she started using it, she’s noticed that her cramps are much less frequent, and when they do occur, they’re far less severe. It’s excellent value for money, especially considering the quantity, and the quality is great too. I would definitely recommend it.
