It’s hard to put the lid on tightly and steam escapes from the sides

I need warm damp towels to enable me to do facials and this perfect! I can keep them next to me in the plastic box until needed and don’t need to worry about them going cold. Heats up VERY quickly and the towels get very hot (comes with tongs to pick them up with) Does make a little bit of noise whilst operating but that’s not an issue for me as I hear them before starting. Would be great for lemon infused hand towels for your guests to use after a dinner party!

I have just received my towel warmer and I have only used it for one day in my massage clinic, So far so good. Heats quickly and then keeps the towels at an ambient temp. They can be given a heat boost thanks to the timer just before client arrives. So happy with it and cheaper than other hot towel cabbies. Hopefully it will last 🤞

I’ll said this is a good product. But when it came, it broken . I am going to buy another 2. If the seller see this feedback, can u please wrap it with bubble wrap to protect.
