I took my dash apart the first time thinking I was just going to wing it, but there were so many wires going into the head unit, I decided that I really didnt want to cut into them. So, I considered my options and eventually bought this.It took about an hour to install in the dash, and it works great in my 2017 Camry XSE. It was very easy to install, everything was plug and play, and it works perfectly.I had an Axxess line output converter in my last car, and this is a world of difference, a welcome improvement. I get bass frequencies across the whole spectrum, and the bass knob is very useful as well. It has a good firm feel. I'm so stoked about the bass signal quality, I am actually considering adding a four channel amp for front and rear mids and highs. The box has RCA outs for these as well.
