Vmaisi Magnetic Cabinet Locks for Babies (Stardand, Unit Count 4)

Bought these several times over the past 5 years due to baby proofing and finding more places the babies/toddlers got into! I love how discreet they are behind closed doors, the strength of the adhesive and the super simple installation! Also love how it has the “lock/unlock” options just in case you don’t need it locked for the time being! The cabinet doors have been pulled on by my 5 and 3 year old and it holds firmly without budging! It has worked on bookcases with doors, bathroom and kitchen cabinets and even sliding barn door cabinet (when installed sideways, trust me, I’ve installed it the wrong way…TWICE 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️)! The only thing I would complain about is if you have these installed in multiple rooms, you need to buy additional magnets to open them, unless you don’t mind walking to a central location every time you need a cabinet doors open lol!

When I opened the package I was worried--what were all the parts? And would 3M tape really hold, because I wasn't ready to commit to drilling holes in my cabinet. The instructions weren't much help, but I watched the QR link to YouTube and it was an absolute breeze. They're strong, I'm not worried about hold. Easy to install. I haven't figured out how to attach them to a drawer with a cabinet lip, but I think it's doable. A little big, but such is life. Have yet to be child tested, but seem strong enough. Great price for these and pleasantly surprised by the ease of installation.

Easy to install and works exactly as intended. I used these to baby-proof my kitchen cabinets, and the magnetic keys unlock smoothly every time. The adhesive has held up well so far. Only downside is you need to keep track of the key. Overall, a solid safety upgrade for families with toddlers

Hidden lock!?!?! Very cool. It works really well and there's so many ways to mount them. I would recommend using the screws over just adhesive tape tho. Cabinet door no problem, sliding door no problem, Drawer no problem, anything that swings slides or opens you should be able to use these on. Perfect for keeping kids or people out but easy for you if you know what to do. I would give these about 100lbs force rating if set up properly. Obviously they are plastic so if someone wants to force them open then they probably will get thru or break the door trying.

Super easy to install! It honestly took me less than 3 minutes from opening the package to having it on my cabinet. I put it on our home theater candy cabinet to keep my kids from helping themselves when we’re not in there, and it’s worked great. The lock is hidden, so you can’t even tell it’s there, and the magnetic key unlocks it easily when I need to get in. It feels secure, does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and was much easier to install than I expected. Definitely worth buying if you need a simple way to keep little hands out of cabinets!

Bought to secure private items in a 2 tier pantry I bought. I used the screws to mount the locks to make it more secure. You 100% cannot tell that they're there when it's closed, there there's no appearance that they are there and as long as you use the lock guide, It will look presentable when the doors are open. Sister made for child safety and plastic I guess they're durable enough for that definitely put screws in if you in need of durability. The sizes pretty decent on them they're not too big definitely not too small and the flat piece for the top doesn't protrude much. The locking mechanism is decent I don't know that sometimes I have to make sure too close to door hard in word for it too catch and lock. I've had no issues unlocking it.

I was excited to use this because of the "magnet key". The magnet is definitely strong. The steps for install are OKayy. A bit confusing but didn't take very long. Installed this lock in one of my cabinet doors where I keep cleaning supplies and one in a kitchen drawer. The cabinet door install was simpler than the drawer install. Cabinet door works like a charm, the drawer one works as well but if you wiggle the drawer a certain way it can unhook and roll out. Good thing this is being used to keep little toddlers out and not adults because one can figure out how to unhook the drawer one. Overall rating is three stars because I thought I would have gotten two magnet keys versus just one. The cabinet and drawer are not located in the same place, therefore, I have to run to one place to get the key and then back to the other if I need to unlock the other one. The packaging was great. Everything came and nothing missing. Extra adhesives were given. Pretty good product.

Easy enough to install and works well! Has stayed locked when my toddler is pulling on the doors. We have it installed under our kitchen sink and the “key”/ magnet is on the window ledge above the sink. Works well for us. One comment and not a complaint, just something I didn’t think through - I was thinking of putting these in each bathroom and in the kitchen and possibly in the laundry room. But I would have to purchase more of the key magnets. It comes with a number of locks but not the key magnets of course so I just didn’t think that part through that I’m not going to run from one room to another grabbing the key when I need under the bathroom sink.

Work well but a bit expensive if you wanted all doors done
