Good delivery service and on time, nice simple design, light in the hand and cuts extremely well indeed. Easy to clean however I would advise to hand wash and not put through a dish washer as the handle is wood and will take out the moisture in time dulling the wood also may cause it to split in time, every few days I just rub in some olive oil and let it soak in and wipe gently with a damp cloth preserving the wood handle and keeping it’s natural wood colour. No rust issues after days of use as a nice stainless full tang blade. Works very well and happy with my new set for a professional kitchen use.Souce chef 👨🏻🍳
