I didn't know until I tried to install Em. But if you have a framed front drawer, then you won't be able to push it in to make it pop back out. It just didn't work for my application. But I will use them in my shop. Because they are heavy duty awesome.

These slides appear to be well made, they function very smoothly and were easy to install. They were priced very competitively.

These slides are pretty good. They have a really smooth slide action and they are easy to install with the provided screws. The soft close feature is also pretty nice. Overall, I'd recommend them.

These slides seem to be well made and close very softly.

There are no instructions on how these slides were to be attached. The “instruction sheet” only show measurements as to where the slides should set. The ads for this doesn’t tell you that they need 3/4” under the drawer bottom to the top of the drawer opening.(picture 1) Thankfully my drawers had removable face fronts so after removing them, I was able to cut enough of the tops of the drawers off (1/4 to 3/8 of an inch) to make room for the slides underneath. (This caused the inside of the drawers to not have as much height as they did have.) Afterwards I realigned the face front, attached the handle after using the face front as a guide to drill new holes for the handles. Also, had to buy smaller screws and attach the locks to the bottom of the drawer instead of the front mounting holes as the front mounting holes hung lower than the drawer front and had nothing to screw into.( picture 2) Thus causing the need for additional support blocks inside the drawers as the screws went all the way through the bottom of the drawer. (3/16 inch drawer bottoms) (picture 3). Love the soft close feature, and the way mine are mounted, it causes the drawer front to be pulled tight to the cabinet front. (picture 4) The front of the slide is mounted tight to the inside of the cabinet front, and the inside of the bottom of the slide is level with the cabinets drawer opening.(picture 5)

It must be a great item, but it just cannot be placed or used on my kitchen. It simply does not fit into the drawers.

The slides are pretty much standard for 100 lb drawer slides. They require 1/2" on each side of the drawer box for mounting. The ball bearing inserts operate smoothly, and the soft close feature is very quiet. The cost of the drawer slides is much more reasonable when purchased in larger quantities.
