easy read
Easy to get into the character and wonder what’s next - would have liked even more story line to see what was next !

short read not much depth
Well I wish I could say I loved this but I didn’t. Everything was superficial, the dialogue was stilted and to be honest didn’t flow very well. The relationship building was not good, they had dinner once sex a few times and boom they’re so in love! It was strange. The conclusion with the son almost felt condescending and weird that the FMC would talk with him that way. I have it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it definitely had potential but fell flat

Baby with my Ex's Dad
I really enjoyed the drama of the whole story. Charlotte and Geoffrey fall in love and try to keep it a secret. His son is vindictive and mean. They finally find their happy ever after!

Romance with Ex’s Dad
Charlotte “Charlie” Piper does not make the best first impression on her first day at work when she is overheard trash-talking her toxic ex-boyfriend Christian, by none other than Geoffrey Ross the owner of Ross Tech and Christian’s father. Charlie does her best to apologize and prove her worth at Ross Tech and in time finds herself thriving on special project within the company. The chemistry between Charlie and Geoffrey is undeniable and though they both do their best to remain professional when they finally succumb to their passions, they steam up the pages of this story to scorching levels. They agree to keep their burgeoning relationship a secret in the workplace for obvious reasons but when Christian returns home and seeks out a position within Ross Tech he makes Charlie’s life a torment and she is torn between her relationship with Geoffrey, her work and coming between father and son. Charlie must make some hard choices particularly when she finds herself the victim of blackmail. Will she go through with the threats or have faith that Geoffrey will forgive and protect her and the secret she has been keeping from him?I really enjoyed this office romance that is full of angst, passion, and plenty of steam which this writer excels at delivering. I would recommend this book to readers who enjoy contemporary romance with a guaranteed HEA!.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Geoffrey and Charlie
This was a very addicting and intense story. I couldn't stop reading. It's the story of Charlie and Geoffrey. Charlie lands the her dream job at Ross Tech working for her ex's father Geoffrey Ross. While in the elevator on her first day Geoffrey over hears her conversation about him and his son. It creates a rift between them. Charlie throws her self working hard to prove her worth. It promoted her to be selected to work on a team for a special project. The attraction between them is sizzling. Until Christian comes back and works with his father. Therefore making it unbearable to work. I couldn't believe what a entitled jerk he was to everyone around him . Until his father cuts him off it almost cost Geoffrey his relationship with Charlie. I was happy with the ending. It is a great pick for a weekend read.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Major Disconnect
I love a good ex's father trope, but honestly, this one was a struggle to read. I felt like there wasn't much to it, there was work related things, and Geoffrey hated Charlie, but then he was in love with her. Most of the book was spent with the couple separated and not seen falling in love. It was all very disconnected, and I just couldn't get into the book.
