Is this a total of 10 yards for all 6 rolls? Or is each roll 10 yards.

I think each roll is 10 yards. 60 yard total. It's lasted my daughter months of duct tape crafts.

Can you tear this tape by hand easily?

It tears by hand just like regular silver duct tape.

Yes, it is strong. I have applied it to craft paper and folded it on the corners. It adheres to the paper and itself nicely. Hope that helps.

Can this tape stick on carpet, very flat old carpet for a classroom?

No it won’t stick to carpet. I used it on metal croquet wickets and it barely stuck. Probably best on no- porous, flat serfaces.
