A little pricey but well worth the money. I have three units that I use in my yard when the grandkids come. I’ve found nothing better!

These things are incredible! The only drawback is it will also kill good insects, too. But it really does make an impenetrable area where mosquitoes will no longer be a bother that is safe for people and pets. Just leave your flea circus out of range!

I live in SouthEast Texas, and this thing is amazing! I've purchased two so far, and even in conditions that would normally make you not go outside at all these things work. I'm talking about when mosquitos are so bad that even sticking your arm out of your door for 5 seconds results in 10 mosquitos landing on it... Turn this thing on, let it heat up, place it outside and wait a few minutes, then go outside and place it where you're going to be sitting for a while and let it sit some more before going back. I believe somewhere it says 20 minutes, but even in bad mosquito conditions I've been able to stop from being bit in 10 minutes. There are a couple of issues that prevent it from working as well as I'd like, but they are minimal. The maker needs to make a version with an outside plug and a remote control so you can place a couple of them around your outside area and while still inside hit the remote so that it can warm up and do its thing for the 20 minutes before you go into the thick of it. An app would be even better because then you could track the length of time left on your refill and know when to change it out. The other thing that makes it not work is being in the presence of certain cleaning agents and chemicals. Putting two of these around a car makes it so that you can work for hours without any problems, but the second you spray a bit of brake cleaner they are all over you. Also, apparently when you've just poured Drano it will nullify it enough for you to get bit until the smell goes away. That may mean that other things can nullify it so maybe we should try to make a list somewhere to help people out. Please share the idea of a remote/app if you agree, and if the manufacturer reads this, please make a permanently outside version with app so we can leave it plugged in and activate it before we go outside, but other than that it's awesome!

I love these. I wish they would make them for multi insect. I don’t have to wear bug spray with these. I just set them in multiple locations where I’m working in the backyard and bitterly do not get bit once and I am a mosquito magnet! I have the other thermacell products with the pads. Love those too. Again disappointed that they no longer have multi insect pads.

Repellent system works pretty good ... but, I'm not sure there is any really good mosquito repellent out there. Skeeters just always seem to win the battle.

Expensive, but this is the ONLY thing that we have found that works !

I like this product very much, but it just doesn’t seem to last long enough. I keep buying it and keep using it and that’s the only negative thing I have to say about it. It just doesn’t last long enough.

The Thermacell machine and repellent repellent really works.i have set up in our patio. I haven’t been bitten once since we set it up outside.
