Great fit as long as size matches
Unlike VPD 2.0, this does not have a top strap, which was a issue when my arm was boundary size. On the dominant arm, it did not fall down at all, however, did occasionally fall on the other arm. Had my elbow hit trees and tumbling down on ground, it performed superbly. The impact is well absorbed.I did use washing machine with nets to wash it, seems fine so far after few washes. Will update later down the line if there is any problem.Very happy with the product so far.

Comfortable and effective
I just came off my bike after an amateurish landing, the surface (quarry) would have shredded my knees without these protectors. Amazingly they are still in good shape.
