Seika by Haruyo Morita 1000-Piece Puzzle

Puzzles have kept me sane through the pandemic and I’ve done many. This one is satisfying on many levels - it’s sturdy with almost no dust, it’s visually stunning and it is difficult. I had to abandon my usual puzzle strategy and just create a bunch of small sub-images that finally coalesced.

Loved this puzzle. The pieces are sturdy and ended up being a beautiful piece of art.

Wonderful picture. Some tricky places to piece together but overall just enough challenge to keep it interesting.

The colors are vibrant, however the pieces are small and are made of cardboard, which makes the risk of breaking the interlocking parts higher. As well, after having other Morita puzzles by another company that offered a large image to work from, as well as lettered pieces w/dividers for the box to sort the pieces, this particular company's puzzle falls short. It's a lovely puzzle image, as Morita's work is often elegant and graceful Japanese women. Still, I am disappointed at the size of the pieces, as well as the lack of lettering on the back of them.

Pretty picture. Standard cardboard and couple of pieces were stuck together because they weren't cut all the way through. But it wasn't a problem to me. I enjoyed it!

I really enjoyed this puzzle. It was challenging but not overly difficult. Pieces were sturdy. The pieces to this puzzle are normal pieces so you don't have to worry about weird funky pieces that you have to figure out how they go together. I am a very picky person when it comes to jigsaw puzzles so i try to take the time to write reviews to help others. I wish more people would so I could avoid the bad puzzles. I really like this artist and have done several puzzles from his art. This puzzle was definitely one of my favorites. I recommend it to others.

It was a challenge and we loved every minute of it. Colors are beautiful. Pieces are clean cut and sturdy. Looking for another Eurographic that will be as much fun.

This puzzle was ruined because one piece was double, meaning another piece was missing. Th emissin gpiece ruins the puzzle completely. Seeking refund/replacement.

The puzzle is amazing, just like shown on the images from other customers. It is challenging, similar to other Eurografics puzzles. Colours are very nice and vivid and the photo is great when done. Pieces are made of a good material. I recommend this puzzle.
