A very nice product.
Super product.good suction.very good looking.fucntioning is good.3 modes of fan speed.motion detection works well.exahust pipe quality is not good.aprt from that everything is good and satisfied .little bit noise.

the quality of duct pipe
The chimney works well, but I’m disappointed with the duct pipe situation. The pipe provided in the box is very thin and poor quality. During installation, the technician said it cannot be used and offered another “good quality” pipe for an extra charge. If the included pipe is not usable, then it should NOT be provided with the product at all. Customers feel misled when the included accessories are of such low quality and are told to buy a better one during installation. This looks like a business strategy rather than customer convenience. Please provide proper quality pipes with the chimney, or clearly mention that the included pipe is temporary and customers will need to purchase a better one. Transparency would make the experience much better.
