Work great, bought a second one
It was great on arrival, the case looked great and the motor was inaudible so it was easy to have in the bedroom. I was planning to buy a second one later this year but that is off the table now. I came back from a trip and noticed my watch had stopped several days prior. I tried everything from different outlets to batteries and clearly the motor had stopped. Also conveniently right after the return window closed. Looks great but if can’t do it’s primary job not worth the money. Update: Received a replacement motor from the company. Super easy to replace and it has run perfectly since. It was enough to convince to get a second one.

Affordable Winder!
So, I recently purchased a nearly identical winder to this, from a manufacturer, Critiron. It was about twenty dollars cheaper, and, as far as I can tell, is basically the same product, with the exception of having the orange material glued to the outside, as opposed to the black aluminum finish of the Critiron. Sadly, the Critiron seems to no longer be available anywhere, but, since this looked to be an identical make, I went for this one.Obviously, the deal with cheaper winders is how long they will, or won't last. I've been burnt on the Boxy winders a few times. They are inexpensive, but not when they have to be replaced every year, or sooner. But, since I'd rather spend my money on watches, than pricey winders, I tend to look for a less expensive winder that still gets the job done, when possible. I've had great luck with Belocia and Heiden, and, of course, with Wolf. Winders from Boxy/Diplomat and Versa have not lasted. Newer models from Chiyoda seem to be reliable. On this one, what makes it great is that it is totally silent, and, more importantly, has plenty of options to set the TPD (Turns Per Day) as well as direction of rotation, which is far superior to cheap winders that only give you a few pre-sets. With the options here, you can suit it pretty directly to any watch, once you learn the proper settings from a winder database or the watch maker. This one is for a Powermatic 80 Tissot diver. It comes with a very simple holder -- no special clamp or fancy locking system -- just a spring pillow that slides into a chamber. The tight fit of the pillow inside the chamber is what holds the watch in place, against the chamber walls, but is actually better made than the Critiron, which used the same principle but less successfully and, in this winder, my watch stays in place just fine. The acrylic window "lid" screws on like a jar lid and, again, nothing fancy, but it works, keeping the dust out and making for an acceptable display of the watch.Power is by battery, by included power cord (USB into a provided adapter) or by connecting to another winder of the same kind, piggy backing off of that power source. In my case, since it is identical to the Critiron, I simply used the connecting power cord to power it from the Critiron, and this one is stacked on top of that one. So, no need to source a new plug space for this one. Very handy.Operation, as mentioned, is absolutely silent, which is pretty impressive considering there is really no sound isolation in a winder this small. And, the small size is a blessing, taking up very little room, which is what I needed here, for my watch collection which already takes up too much space, lol.Overall, it would have been nice if the nearly identical Critiron was still for sale, at only $49, but, even though having to spend more here, the holder mechanism is superior, it gives an interesting look with the orange covering and it is still one of the cheapest solutions I've found for a well-featured watch winder. Chiyoda seems another reasonable option. I have several and have reviewed them, when possible (seems many low priced items on Amazon lately are refusing to accept reviews, which is frustrating, but I do post reviews where possible to do so).Summary is that if you're looking for a cheap solution for a winder that still gives the same performance as a higher end device (just in terms of silent operation and many TPD/Rotation options) you can't go wrong here. It's nice to see companies providing these lower priced options, since it frees up the bucks for another watch.A good find here, and definitely recommend. Will update if it suddenly expires, but, at this point, I'm very pleased.Hope this helps, and thanks for reading.

Motors only last 2-3 years (OR LESS)!
I bought my first one of these five months ago and the motor already went out. Contacted Amazon and they send you a link to contact the company. Mozsly told me they have been doing a lot of testing but the motors in these only last 2-3 years!! HUH?!? I wish I would have known that BEFORE I bought four of them. My last watch winder (Heiden) had four motors that lasted over 12 years!Rather than sending you a replacement, they send you a box with a new motor, couple tools and NO instructions. It wasn’t hard to change out but I would imagine the vast majority of people couldn’t or more importantly don’t want to have to do their own customer service repairs! The only reason I’m giving them two stars is that they’re good looking units but the motors are a joke.***UPDATE***F This company - I've now have had three of four of my Mozsly winders go out and the company has now gone dark. I'm really surprised Amazon hasn't pulled this product because they're TOTAL JUNK!DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE WINDERS!!!

Perfect for winding new watch
I purchased the Mozsly winder for my new watch. It has an attractive case with a screw-on cover. The winder is ultra quiet and appears to work as advertised. It was easy to open and insert the watch. Hopefully, this winder will last. I purchased the Amazon warranty just in case it stops working. This product is worth buying.

Just quit....
I had high hopes for this. It was expensive, but to keep my Rolex running it was worth the expense. All was fine for a while, and then I noticed that it wasn't rotating. So, I changed the batteries. But still nothing. It just appears to have burned out the motor. This really irritates me. I could see if this was a low-cost item but was fairly pricey and now it's a paperweight. Not a happy camper!UPDATE!!There's customer service and then there's customer SERVICE. After the motor in this winder burned out, I wrote to the company via their website. In response, I got an email back within a day or two with an apology for the untimely demise of my winder. I was told that a replacement motor would be sent to me immediately and that there was a video online to show how to install it. A couple of days later the motor arrived with all the tools necessary to install it. In addition, there were extra parts in case something went missing. I had the motor installed in about 20 minutes and it was good to go once again. I got a follow-up email from the company making sure that I had received the motor and if I had any problems putting it in to write back. I replied that it went smoothly, but I couldn't find the cable and adaptor to run the winder from AC. Within two days I had one of those as well. Great customer service!
