An interesting gizmo to say the least. I use it while I drive and I drive for a living. Learning to lightly coat it with water was the first learning curve because if you have too much moisture you’ll get fried on the higher settings. It certainly contracts your abs not so much on the obliques but this device does function and it is good for about 5-6 sessions before you can notice a loss of power. As far as fat melting off me I’m not quite sure. It has been roughly two months using it anywheres from 4-6 times a day 4-5 days a week jacked to the max. Burning fat takes time. I workout 5-6 days a week and spin bike everyday for 32 minutes I suppose since I have been using this product the muscle on the upper ab area is a little more defined but the lower two abs still have a cushion. Again burning fat takes time so with that said I think this product is helping along with everything else I am doing to stay fit and healthy. You’re certainly not going to get a killer six-pack while sinking into the couch with a bag of Doritos some fried chicken and a can soda with this thing going to town on you, but I think it works but it has its limits. Update 08/14/25: Spray each pad twice then rub the device on the area to evenly spread moisture to prevent shock burn. Also, if you stick with it and a good regiment YOU WILL SEE RESULTS! 6 pack almost complete, bottom two abs almost in after 3 months!
