Great customer service!
The reason I purchased this inflatable was that I couldn't resist the 70% opened box discount! The boat arrived in perfect condition and on the day they said it would. I inflated it , put the seat and oars on it and sat back in wonder at how well made this boat is. All the seams are heat welded and it looks like a $2500 Avon-Achilles-Zodiac! It is 10'3" by 4'11". I can't wait to put a motor on it. The description needs to add that you also get an underseat bag + gauge. I also received (which I sent them) a signed Colorado Division of Wildlife state seal Bill of Sale for registering! Excellent.
