I think i know why, its if one wants to use for something else they can cut to there specks like some said on hear. In all it is more than i ever expected and am very happy. The seller and product has ten stars but shipper none. Also read about others that smelled very bad and this does not. So I started looking for a case. Spare batteries and a charger is a must, and this case holds that very well, also holds and extra set of props and still some room in the pocket. What did it for me was that the case is somewhat rigid or formed. Had some structure to it. Not flimsy by any means. Super light as well, and great protection for your little flyer.
