Love, love, love! Ok, so it's a bit girly (but as another reviewer pointed out, the bar in the other colours joins differently so you end up with the metal catch creating a bump in the foam covering, which can be uncomfortable), but it's really effective. So much so, I'm taking a day or 2 off between workouts to let my muscles recover. You can custom the 3 bands 6 ways so it grows with your fitness levels, and the door anchor adds even more options. It comes with a sheet with over 100 moves, so there's loads of variety, and it's easy to whip out for a quick 10-min workout (all the range, I hear). Plus, the storage bag is really handy - making it easy to transport on holiday etc.

The equipment feels really sturdy and easy to put together, comes in a great bag and I find the exercise suggestions really useful however I have a big problem with the height they are advertising for this product. I predominantly bought this to do squats and other exercises. I am 5ft 3, so middle of their suggested height range. Even with all bands I am too short to get any meaningful resistance for squats and quite a few of the other suggested workouts so it was a waste of money for me personally. I would actually say they need to be advertising at 5ft 10 upwards as can see it. Being useful then

I love this so much, it's so handy how it fits back into the bag. Very strong and sturdy. Not great if your short in height. Im 5'6 and could do with the bands being a tad shorter as they are not tight when I hold at arms length. But overall absolutely love this!

Recently purchased so only used a few times but really good for doing some Pilates - sheet enclosed showing lots of Pilates moves to help

I can't complain with the various sets of bands in this kit. Having started gym recently, there are many days that I can't go for various reasons and this is my now newly inherited gym kit for staying fit. There are many exercise bands available to search for, but this one seems different with the better and stronger moulded clamps.

My new favorite workout! It is so fun to use. It is almost like having a mini manual pilates reformer. The poster included has many great exercises, and even more can be done! If you are familiar with pilates moves, you can use the bar and resistance bands to take your practice to another level. I am super impressed with the quality and packaging of this bar kit. The versatility and functionality are so good. Thw materials are good quality build. I even use the bar to help me stretch post workout. Great value for money. Ce kit de pilates bar est vraiment très bien ! Il est parfait pour les jours où on ne peut pas se déplacer à la salle mais que l’on souhaite quand même rester active chez soi. Ne nécessite pas beaucoup d’espace c’est parfait. Vous avez une barre à monter recouverte de mousse, de bandes de résistance (2 sortes différentes 13kg et 18kg env.) et des poignets / calles pieds. Il y a également un petit support pour le minuteur et bien évidemment le minuteur avec une pile incluse. Vous avez une notice de montage et une planche avec plusieurs types d’exercices à reproduire. J’ai fait quelques squats avec et après 2 sets j’étais déjà bien essoufflée. 😅 et pourtant je fais du crossfit régulièrement. Donc très bien je recommande !
