The smell is just wonderful. Things after washing are soft and pleasant to the touch

it arrived broken and I ordered a replacement

Item smells amazing but came all broken and spilled
Amazon wouldn't let me upload the pictures of broken items but it came in a big box with NO wrapping and the lid was all cracked and softener spilled everywhere starting from the spot UPS delivered it on to inside. It does smell really nice but it should be packed to not break.
