L'ho scelto perché in un'unica capsula apporta una gran quantità di EPA e DHA. Può essere utile, abbinato ad attenta alimentazione e attività fisica, per la salute del cuore e per tener sotto controllo trigliceridi e pressione. Il sapore di pesce risale lievemente solo se presa fuori dai pasti principali. Forse da migliorare logistica e spedizione, in quanto la confezione arriva sempre un po' schiacciata e alcune capsule risultano leggermente appiccicate alla pellicola di protezione.
