I've had many mouth guards and never had a problem molding them. The brown/black mouth guard I ordered from Freecrows expanded when molding and refuses to shape properly. Normally, I'd excuse this as a defective model. However, the other reviews seem to show it is a consistent issue. I will be working to get a refund.

Good product - Be careful when molding to fit
I like the project. you just have to be careful when molding to fit your teeth. If you don't get it right the first time, it won't fit properly.

I like the way it looks and the way it feels in my teeth. It also comes with two so if you mess up molding it with your teeth you will have another to work with.
