On the 4th vial now and they've all been loosely capped and leak! Which causes me to doubt there sterility to begin with

If you're looking for empty 3 ml vials they're probably a solid choice.
When I purchased these, I thought they would have reconstitution solution in them as that was what I was searching for. Instead the algorithm gave me this. No knock against the company that makes them or sells them, but it's disappointing that the algorithm sent me something I did not ask for. As to the vials themselves that were delivered, they look good.
