Snapware 4.5 cup Clear Food Storage Container 1 pk

I got a bunch of these at Bed Bath & Beyond a few years ago for DH to bring lunch to work. They are work horses! Never leaked, never broke and fit perfectly into his 12-can Embark cooler. The only reason I replaced them after all these years? I noticed a black grime in the lip of the lid behind the gasket. I'd had them for so long it was a no-brainer to recycle them and buy new ones. Of course, I went looking for them again, only to find every other brand that didn't have the same dimensions we preferred and a lot of them were made of glass, which was too heavy and impractical to schlepp to work daily. But, as usual Amazon came through! These arrived quickly and well packaged.

These are great for freezing. I have all sizes. They are great for keeping snacks fresh too. Worth the price. Dishwasher safe.

I use these all the time - two in the fridge: one for carrots and other for celery for snacks at work. The other two are for salads - take the Cubies you can buy on this site, freeze them and pack around your salad in sandwich bags then place into this container. Presto - just made your own chilled lunch container and it works well even in hot weather in my desk. These are very nice to have and I'll buy them again.

Smaller than i expected but that was my fault for not paying more attention. It is easy to use.
