Very strong, durable, solid material
One hundred percent I recommend buying more than I expected. I have a tool for the rest of my life. I don't think it will break.

Decent quality for what it is...
This 3 jaw puller is basically what you'd expect from a tool for this use it was designed for. It comes unassembled with various parts, which I fully expected. It goes together fine and the included nuts and bolts are fine but the one issue I immediately noticed was the some of the parts already had light rust on them; kind of a flash rust. The tool is a relatively cheap made cast metal tool so I would expect this to happen if it sat in a damp tool box in a garage but I really didn't expect this right out of the box. Seems like they could have handled this with a little coating of protective oil or something. Other than that to tool will work as it should just fine as a puller for various parts.

Maybe Missed A Step In The Manufacturing Process?
While this puller is substantial, the forged jaws jaws are not ground. The first time I used the puller, it slipped off the bearing I was trying to pull. A couple of quick passes on the bench grinder and I was able to flatten out the contact points on the puller jaws.In addition, the threads screw are also forged and is very rough. You will feel this immediately once you start to apply heavy pressure with your wrench. I greased up the threads, so hopefully they won't wear out to quickly.I use a puller like this maybe once a year, so it should last me a while. If you use pullers frequently, you might do better looking elsewhere.
