It is good product I liked the design and style.The problem I faced are:sensor button tapping - it is bit confusing where to tap for play/pause and other functions too.The sound "connected", "power off" are kind of loud.Otherwise everything is fine

However, the performance does not match the expectation.From the very first use, the right-side earbud was not responding properly. In the app, it showed 100% battery for the left earbud but 0% for the right, which indicates a possible connectivity or hardware issue.After multiple attempts and waiting for a long time, the earbuds finally entered pairing mode. While it started working eventually, the reliability is questionable. There is uncertainty about how long it will continue to function properly without issues.Overall Verdict:Due to inconsistent performance and initial defects, it would be better to consider another model. Packaging is impressive, but functionality and reliability are more important—and this product falls short in that area.
