Love this car neck pillow! I have a Subaru, and its head rests are so firm that they are uncomfortable to lean my head against (it could be due to the leather seats, as I’ve heard that fabric seats have better cushioning). This neck pillow purchased is a dream come true, as it provides amazing head comfort for my drives, especially my long drive going back and forth to work. It’s great that you can add/remove filling, so you can adjust how thick or thin it is. Only disappointment is that its included plastic bag that holds the spare stuffing has a weak zipper closure, as the first time I opened it, the zipper came off the bag. But other than that, I love these neck pillows, and I highly recommend them!

I wasn’t sure about these due to some of the reviews, but I have to tell you they are amazing! I am a cozy person, I like to be comfortable at all times. These fit in my Mercedes and I lean back and I am so comfortable! They aren’t firm, they can be, but come with extra pillow inserts to make it more like a goose down.

The suede material for this headrest is very good. The only problem with it is too soft and I had put all the extra cotton into the pillow and make it fluffy enough to get more support for my neck and head. But overall it’s a great purchase.

It takes about a week to get adjusted but once they contoured to the neck and back, they are simply amazing. I like the overall quality for the money, I do like the strap design, it's far better than the nylon versions which look cheap and ruin the look, this one is tiny and out of sight, just need to be little careful when adjusting. The filing is really good as well; they also provide extra for individual adjustment. I would definitely get another set for the back seats too. May be will try their leather version next time.

Bought this after five other types failed to work for my issue. Between the headrest and rest of the car seat is a gap that lacks support to the neck. On long drives this often results in neck pain and stiffness as I’ve aged (I’m almost 65). This pillow is perfect in my opinion as it has the right amount of fill to not push my neck out nor push my head upwards. It sits just at the base of my neck but I can lift it higher as needed. It is the right softness for me and remains a reasonable temperature. The lumbar support pillow is equally nice though I only use it periodically on longer drives. I have these pillows on my passenger side as well and my family loves them. We are ordering additional sets for each car now. I do recommend them as I’ve tried others and returned every single one. This is worth every penny!

The cover is very soft and feels nice against the skin. The pillow itself is very plush and airy. I like the inclusion of extra fill material to puff up the pillows if needed. Helps with my neck pain!

So, these were a hit/miss for me and I ended up not keeping them. They came prefilled with some filling, but also came with a packet of extra filling if you want extra fluffiness which I can appreciate. They DO add great support and feel great depending where you put them. However...and this is just from my personal experience. They were absolutely useless on the front seats of my car (22 BMW 7 Series). They wouldn't stay put at the top, and when I put them lower around the neck, even with all the filling inside of them, they just got pushed all the way back towards the metal headrest bars. Totally useless. So I decided to try them in the back seats. Yes! They worked and felt great. But alas, a problem again. If they were on your neck for almost any length of time, your neck starts to get hot. I had 3 people get in my car and try them and asked their opinion without giving them mine first to avoid influencing them. All three of them said they were comfortable, but that the back of their neck got uncomfortably hot and they'd rather not have them and be cool vs have them and try to avoid them to not be hot.
