I’ve been using this for over two years, cycling it alongside creatine, ZMA, and protein. I train four times a week and sit in the top 10% of UK lifters in my age group (50s) for strength-to-bodyweight performance. It’s been the most reliable and consistent supplement I’ve found for maintaining energy, recovery, and focus, and it still works every time I cycle back onto it. I notice when I cycle off it for a month. It’s not some magic potion — it’s basically a well-built vitamin and amino acid stack with a few added ingredients that. (may), support natural testosterone function, like D-Aspartic Acid, Maca, and CoQ10. Taken consistently, it just helps your body work a bit more efficiently — better sleep, recovery, and motivation. If I could tweak it, I’d add Vitamin D3, K2, and Magnesium for full hormonal support and a little L-Carnitine or Citrulline Malate for performance. Even so, nothing else I’ve tried comes close for balance, results, and consistency.

I very rarely comment on products that I have bought on Amazon despite of shopping quite often. Today is a 4th day of taking these and since the day one I noticed a difference and today I realised I was having very low energy levels and problems with concentration and focus for years and now I know again how it is to feel normal. I noticed that my energy levels and focus were higher after exercise or after maintaining a sexual abstinence for around 5 days which apparently increases testosterone levels so I linked my issues to low testosterone level. I couldn't really exercise everyday or say no to my girlfriend just because I wanted to feel better so I wanted to have what I get from exercise all the time. My issues have become very problematic, I have a job that requires problem solving and focus and I felt lost many times - sometimes I just felt "retarded". I am not sure how all those ingredients work and do to the body but they do something as my sleep is much, much deeper. I've used SciTech nutrition testosterone boosters called "macatron" for a few months in the past. these are MUCH better at a much cheaper price. first effect I get once consuming the first two pills (usually 30 mins before lunch) is increase in hunger. this is perfect if like me you are looking to put on weight as I already eat a lot and always struggled to force feed myself more calories. however with these eating larger meat based meals (that taste bland) becomes a lot easier. resulting in gains. also the other end is if you are looking to lose fat these help just as much as you will be burning energy at a much quicker rate than usual so if you hold off your calorie intake while using these you will rip up quicker (in my experience). second effect I get from these in the evening, I will take my last two pills of the day before I head to the gym. (4 pills in total a day). by the time I pull up to the gym I feel more focused to train and without a doubt I perform better. another added benefit I never got form SciTech is I have noticeably better sleep when I use these throughout the day. testosterone boosters will work differently for everyone but for me personally these pills work very well and do exactly what I required of them. will absolutely buy again when low on supply.

Before discussing the product itself - just a brief background as to my decision to research and purchase a Testosterone Booster. I have only had this product for 6 days so too early to see any significant gains so why did I buy this ? 1- Cost £18.97 for 180 tablets, although not the cheapest (If you compare to equivalents found in the US) - the quality of ingredients was one of the main contributing factors. 2- Contains high levels of D-Aspartic Acid of 820mg per serving 3- Contains high levels of Maca Root of 2000mg per serving 4- Contains CoEnzyme Q10 - 20mg 5- Easily digestable, no unpleasant aftertaste, bloating or upset stomach From all of the other boosters I have researched, I couldnt find any that contained Q10 which is a vital supplement to take on a regular basis (converts food into energy) and found in almost every cell in the body. Usage : I take two of these tablets in the morning maybe 30 mins before I workout - within 2-4 mins of taking these, I immediately noticed a natural high, like a stimulant, a buzz or sudden rush of energy. During my workout - I feel more alert , focused and fast. My workout routine consists of 30 mins non stop boxing (speed ball, moving around, jabs, uppercuts, crosses, hooks). I do 5 x 6 mins rounds with ZERO breaks, so 30 mins max workout. Since taking this supplement , I can confirm that the speed of my punches are more snappy, fast and powerful - this could be a placebo or it could be the product itself. The only way to tell is more continued use and see how my body recovers comparing to not using this product at all. I have not suffered any negative reaction (heart murmur, fast heart beat, inability to sleep etc) whilst using this supplement. As with any supplement - it should be noted that these are NOT magic pills. In life, what you put in is what you get out. So using these supplements in isolation will not help you much. If your goal is to improve upon your fitness, maintain and build muscle and generally be healthy then a) Work out each day no more then 30 mins fast catabolic training mixed in with some light weights but high reps for anabolic training b) Take a recognised protein shake that delivers around 24g of protein and ensure you consume 1g of protein per pound of body weight. c) Cut out SUGAR completely d) Cut out White Pasta, Bread, Rice Note - I have given this product 3 stars because this product review has been written with only 6 days usage. After 1 month I plan to revisit and update the product review .

Hi all, my take on this product is nothing short of excellent quality and value for money, unlike most of the bodybuilding and keep fit people whose reviews I read before purchasing this product mine was slightly different. I am now approaching 60 and have been very active all my life but about 6 months ago I underwent major brain surgery and during my recovery process felt I wasn't making any progress. I was still tired and falling asleep in the afternoon at the drop of a hat with no motivation to do anything. I have now been taking these for just short of 3 week's now and in that short-time the I have felt so much better and more positive, I'm sleeping through the night and feel refreshed in the morning, the afternoon naps have gone which is a massive improvement from the last 6 months and have more energy in general. If it's done this for me then I can understand the comments left by other user's of how good a product it is, I read somewhere that men don't make enough testosterone to help in the repair of their bodies as they get older and if they increase it then the body has a better chance of healing and improving stamina. All I can say is that's it's worked for me and will be ordering more when finished, at the moment I take a capsules a day which seems about right .

I received the item on time fully sealed. The first issue that I noticed was on the caution part o the bottle it says "not suitable for vegetarians and vegans", however, there was nothing indicated as such in the picture on the Amazon page. This was a shocking surprise for me why have they concealed this on their promotion. I opened the sealed bottled and saw it was dusty around the inside bottle and some opened capsules. I did not count how many capsules are opened. But it was disappointing to see a company with such a big reputation should be so careless about what they are putting inside the bottle. I am taking the capsules for the past week, have not seen much improvements. I cannot comment on that probable it might take time and I will reserve my comment on that for the future. At the moment I am disappointed. I wanted to return the item but I am one of those guys once I buy something, unfortunately, I stick with it and have no courage to return them. Disappointed.

Arrived in good condition and product as stated. Only taken two tablets but very easy to swallow with no after taste. Looking forward to seeing if what changes will be after a couple of weeks. Being in my early 60s I had started to lack energy, concentration and most importantly interest in pleasing my partner in the bedroom. Having always been very active and a regular gym member I didn't seem to be making any progress. I have been taking two tablets morning and evening with food. They don't cause any after taste or acid reflux. After two days I noticed I my concentration level had increased and felt alert. My sleep was deeper and also dreaming. Waking in the morning I felt refreshed and full of energy. After ten days I have now noticed that I have gained muscle mas and my recovery time is reduced. I am able to lift heavy weights with ease at the gym. My energy level is still improving and my performance in the bedroom is satisfying my partner, improving my self esteem.

These don't seem to have any effect on me at all. I have been using the excellent Primale and Testofuel, but due to having to shell out in bulk for these products to get them at a decent price (3 months supply) had to make some cutbacks with the finances. The first product I tried was Adapt Nutrition Testo Plu, which seemed to have similar results as the other two. Although, this one was a bit cheaper again. Listen, you get what you pay for and these are a lot cheaper than the products I have mentioned above and they are nowhere near as good, you aren't getting a similar product at a lower price - regardless of what it says it contains, it is not as good. If your over 40 and still hitting the gym 3 + times a week or more, then pay the extra and get primale. If your under and training hard, go for testofuel. If you can't afford those but want similar results from a product - get the Adapt Nutrition Testo Plus - it's as simple as that.
