Super easy install. Works perfect

This thing is great. Saves me from running a power cord and all that hassle. Powers up my dashcam and my Radar detector plus tells me the amp draw and voltage. Easy to install.

I purchased this adapter to power a dashcam using a Jeep mirror power that was already in place so no running wires around to another power source. Works great.

Installed as per instructions, pretty much plug & play until SMOKE comes from mirror housing. Apparently connector on mirror side shorted also frying auto dimming function of mirror. RUN FROM THIS PRODUCT!

Package and product are of excellent quality. In addition, included are various connecting cables for most needs, and that is a plus! Unfortunately, the 10 pin plug did not fit my Chrysler vehicle. My vehicle uses a 16 pin connector. Save yourself some time and verify your connector before ordering. Not because the description might indicate your brand of vehicle it will fit.

At first, I had a problem with the adapter. Although there was power supplied to my dashcam, after 30 or so seconds, the dashcam powers off. I tried using a different USB-C cable (the one I'm using for my iPhone) instead and the same thing happened, though it took longer before it turned off - maybe because it's a longer cable. I figured that there seems to be a problem with the cable. I thought there was some kind of heat being generated by the power adapter and passed through the USB cable and reaching the dashcam. I relayed this issue with the support team. After a few weeks, they perhaps figured what the problem is and they sent me a replacement USB-C cable. IT WORKED! My dashcam stayed on. This is how troubleshooting is supposed to be and the tech support team did a great job. 5 stars for this product and the support team!

Works great. However, you can't use the park feature of you camera with this type of power supply. And, it won't fit behind the factory plastic cover in the Ram 2500. It powers the camera on and off with the ignition, not on standby for whats required with park mode. If you want park mode, this is not for you.

Works perfectly for my dashcam needs. If you are not handy at automotive work you may find the install a bit challenging, but it is doable with a little thought. All in all a great purchase.

Works well, has extra power supply for "other" accesories.

I installed this in a 2017 Ram 3500. Great little device to set up, way better than running a 13foot wire to the fuse box.

everything neat and tidy

This device did not work with my civic 2019. I received no support from the seller and the instructions were lacking

This socket is not suitable for Jeep Gladiator and Wrangler at all, as its size is different. The seller just wasted several days of my time, which is absolutely not right to play with people’s time.
