Nice priduct, wish it fit all size Z-man packages, or all packages had same size/width holes.Note, the rings do not appear to be stainless which in salty conditions is a requirement. It does not hold as many packages as I would like especially the ones that had a hard plastic tray to keep th lure shape.

good for home storage but not on the water
I like this binder because Zman products have the holes punched out and can fit in them. I brought this out while wade fishing and had some issues with the binder not closing and some packages falling out. I would not use this out on the water but do find it useful to have it at home to organize my zman plastics. I can easily sort through them and see what I need.

Organization of lures is made simple.
If you use Z-Man baits to fish with, this is a must. You can purchase extra envelopes and store other brands in this organizer. Now I can open this organizer and select the baits that I want to use instead of going through a bag or box to select the baits that I need to replace or select. This binder makes it so easy.

Makes finding my soft baits much easier
I normally carry all my soft plastics in the side pocket of my tackle bag. I then had to dig through them to find the one I wanted and then try to cram it all back in the pocket. Now they are organized and easy to locate. I always know what I have on hand and know when I need to buy replacements. The material is sturdy and I love that there are no zippers to rust and break because of the salt water/air. Great product.

like the binder have 2 now makes keeping up with z man baits easier and easier to find the bait I need quicker.

You'll realize how much you've needed this thing.
Like others have said the zippers, one of mine to be exact, are crappy. I wish it held more packs though. I tend to have 2-3 different colors of TRD (big and small) add 2-3 diezl minnow packs, 2 razor shads and you'll max this thing out. I will probably buy a second one to put in zinkers and finesse baits for drop shots and some creature baits for still water. Would love to see some different colors for the exterior so if I have 2 I can quickly tell them apart. It DOES make organizing and accessing them on the river MUCH better than loose packs. Nothing worse than having to get to baits on a moving river and fumbling for it.
