I purchased this xl wrap to ice a torn meniscus. I have a small/medium knee. It was not too large, I loved that cold gel covered my entire knee all the way around and that the wrap has 4 Velcro straps that keep it snugly in place with no chance of falling off!

I ordered this for arthritis in my knees. I have tried many knee wraps and ice packs in the past but this one is amazing. It is the best ice wrap I have tried. Works as described. I ordered two so one would always be cold. This wrap is the only one that I can walk around and don’t have to worry about slipping off leg. I would definitely recommend.

I love this ice wrap with the exception of it not having any kind of protection between the cold and your leg. The first time I used this, it burned my skin so now I always have to switch into pants when I want to ice my knee. My calf circumference is about 18 inches and I've got a thicker thigh, but this fits really well! Overall, this is a great product. I just wish it had like a terry towel layer or something between the cold and the skin.

I bought this for my knee and it works really well. The wrap around style is so nice. It stays cold for quit a while and even frozen it is very pliable.
