Highly recommended. Just wet the plate then scrub garlic, ginger or chilli on the spines in the centre of the plate. Ginger does not even need peeling as the peel remains attached to the chunk. Comes with a plastic roller to loosen the skin on garlic cloves. There is an ungrated stub with garlic but you can discard it or just chuck it in the pot with the purée. I haven’t tried chilli yet but am absolutely delighted with the product so far. It goes in the dishwasher and comes out perfectly clean. Looks great too. I gave some as presents this Christmas.

I love this, not only to look at, but it does the job so well. I much prefer crushed garlic in cooking, but hate the residue of a garlic crusher and all the washing up. This is so straight forward and easy to wash with just water and its own brush. Nothing else in the kitchen gets infused with garlic smell. Brilliant.

Lovely looking gift but not very pratical as you scrap your fingers when you get close to the end of the garlic. Also the brush hair fell out while trying to brush the garlic of.

Bought one from a Xmas market in Chester then found these on Amazon and bought 2 more as Xmas presents for foodies! Brilliant little gadget!
