I wanted to stretch out but avoid full inversion. I was about to purchase one of the flat floor models when I found this one. The underarm leverage looks uncomfortable so I thought why not let gravity do some of the work with an incline.This equipment is well made. I would have been just as happy with a model designed for someone under 200 pounds because this model with a 350 pound limit is quite heavy. At 50 pounds it's twice as heavy as the flat floor models.Assembly is not difficult although whoever wrote the manual should buy something from IKEA. The parts are shown in a full diagram including all pre-assembled parts which makes it hard to find them. I did manage to install the leg assembly upside down but it was easy to invert it. If you don't have a socket set, borrow one, and save an hour by using it instead of the toy wrench supplied.After working with this equipment for a few days, I can't get over how well made it is. It is solid and operates smoothly. I replaced the two screws holding the leg extension with slide in pins. This way I can remove the pins and the extension and stand the unit up easily for storage. The arm extensions slide and click in place so they are also easily removed for storage. I also taped a piece of foam on the end with the rolling wheels so I could store the unit standing up. The foam protects the floor and keeps the unit from sliding. Great piece of equipment.

My back feels better after using this bench

This product is not helpful for back pain. You cannot get in and out of it easily. It creates pressure creating pain under the arms too. The return window was very short. Only 30 days. I would highly recommend not purchasing!

Had bad pain every now and again due to work and saving the world in my dreams.Had very bad sciatica pain a good few years back and nothing could pull it back into place.I've had the flat floor version of this type of back machine it worked great but compared to this beach it's a bandaid for a bullet hole.This machine is is extremely well thought out it targets your lower back where probably 99% are looking at it just now , it pulls apart right at your lower back targeting the problem area.Well worth the extra money as back problems can cost you a fortune in down time.

This product is not for someone 6'0 and up because the attachment to support armpit are too short. I extend the leg support to max and still can not secure armpit support. Also, the hand lever to decompress is to far under the padded back support to properly function for me or it does not retract the equipment as it should. In summary, this product are only a person less than 5'10 in my opinion.

When they say seconds or slightly used or minor blemish they really mean; no owners manual or assembly instructions, missing hardware a ripped seat and a box that looked like it had been through Afghanistan.

This is a well made product. Packaged well and not difficult to put together. As a few others have said, it could stand a few tweaks, but otherwise I would recommend it. The reason for my purchase was that it was a cross between an inversion table and a stretching table. I don’t have a lot of room and I needed something that would fit into a specific area and this fits the bill. So far I am happy with it.

The item is very well built and rugged. It does what it is designed to do which is to stretch and decompress the spine. It does that. The underarm devices for holding you in place for the stretch are useless to me. At 5' 9", they don't settle into my armpits as designed, would be better for a taller person. I find it somewhat difficult to pull myself back up from the incline position after the stretch, do to lack of abs strength. I use the lowest incline because of that issue. All in all, I'd say it was worth it, I try to use it daily. Not sure I would buy it at the todays price though. I got it on sale.If you have back issues like me, it would be a nice thing to have around.
