Q: When recording there is a lot of static on all of the tiny talker too we purchased. is there a way to make that stop or adjust the volume?

Not that I know of. I make sure to be in a quiet room with no noise and try my best to speak loud.

Q: Where are the instructions for this?

No instructions. I bought two at different times. First one came ready to use. With the second one I had to record the words on each button. Good because it now had nana’s voice. Hold the button that says record and speak at the talker

Youd have to choose an expedited shipping, if available, would be my guess.
