Seems like a really good product
These thing really help you sleep thru the night. If you wake up it makes it easier to dose back to sleep. I bought some because the time release melatonin was recommended to me by the famous Cooper Clinic In Dallas when I was getting a physical. They’re good for getting into the restful stages of sleep where your cells rebuild.

You may want a smaller dose.
Product works great - keeps you asleep all night, being time-released. I used to take 10 mg. of the regular melatonin, but had to cut this one in half, or I oversleep in the morning. You may want to consider a smaller dose.

Works and tastes great
I typically have trouble sleeping, the main problem is getting to the point where Im tired enough to sleep. These gummies do the trick. It works in 20-30 minutes and doesnt leave me drowsy in the morning. The gummies also taste delicious so its a nice little treat before bed time.
