Worth every penny
Great product. My big Lincoln went from a normal 22mpg to 25mpg just from having 505 CRF clean the fuel injectors in one tank of driving. Highly recommend. No, it isn't cheap, but you'll more than make the cost back in better performance and better mpg.

Works as intended.
How I used the product: I poured entire contents of bottle into a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE. The car had roughly 12-13 gallons of gas when I used it. I drove mostly normally, but used engine braking to increase rpm downhill or whenever possible. It took roughly 1.5 weeks for the fuel containing 505 CRF to be used. Why I purchased the product: I mainly purchased the product as a way to fix what I felt like was throttle lag. The acceleration felt weak. Fuel economy was also a consideration on the value of this product to me. My concerns: I was skeptical of this product working due to my car being hybrid. Within the past 2 years I have also changed my Hybrid battery and noticed better fuel economy with that, but performance was still lacking in my opinion. What I experienced with CRF 505: At first, I didn't notice any changes. Not for several days driving. The car still felt "squishy" as it had been. Then somewhere between 1/2 and 1/4 it starting feeling much more responsive. The acceleration is smooth, fast, and stronger than ever. The car went from being a bit of a chore to drive to becoming fun. It feels much safer to have the car be responsive to my controls. Gas economy(full transparency): I am sure many people that get product's first concern is if this will generate enough value from the save fuel economy. I don't have enough data currently to be conclusive due to several factors such as: I haven't had fuel filter cleaned, I haven't driven a full tank of since using the product, I rely on the mpg avg display which can be off several percentage(even -/+ 5% is the difference between ~4mpg in a Camry), and driving style(due to difference in acceleration driving is slightly more "aggressive". My opinion(Should you use it): I am more than happy with my purchase. The product did what I wanted it to do. The performance improvement alone is enough Value for the Money for me, and any fuel economy is just a bonus. I believe that if I had used it on 5-7 gallons of gas it would have probably helped the fuel economy more than me using it on >12 gallons. The only reason I would have to not buy the product again: It worked correctly the first time! Follow up plan: My follow up plan is to follow this up with occasional fuel treatment using Marvel's Mystery oil, and to pay attention to my mpg to see if any changes.

First-hand evidence proves product very effectively cleans carbon build-up internal of your engine
I have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee with 330,000 miles. After amazing results using ATF Chemical 505 CRF Fuel System Treatment (see separate review), I ordered this ATF Chemical 505 CRO Oil System Treatment. I believe my results are of particular interest because I did not perform the treatment by adding the product to dirty old oil, as you would right before an oil change, but I added the product to fresh clean oil right after an oil and filter change. Wait till you see what happened. The instructions say to add the product to your engine's oil, run the engine at "high idle" (some mechanics say @ 2,000 RPM) for 10 minutes or more, then drain the treated oil, remove the oil filter and install a new filter and new oil. However, what I did was last night I added the product to the fresh oil that was in my car, ran the engine at regular idle speed (say 750 RPM) for 10 minutes, turned off the engine and let it sit overnight. This morning I started the engine and moderately drove the car (2,000 RPM max) for 40 minutes, parked the car and let it sit for a few hours, then drained the oil. I was very curious to see what the oil looked like when I drained it. Would it look like the brand new oil that I had just put in the car? The answer is an emphatic NO - the oil was PITCH BLACK - it looked like old oil coming from an engine that was overdue for an oil change. In my opinion this stuff does what it was designed to do. It cleaned out the built-up carbon deposits internal of my engine. After installing a new filter and new oil I drove the car today as normal for about 90 minutes around town and highway. It is probably too soon to tell but I think the engine runs smoother and quieter. I will now be using these products on all my vehicles (5 cars/trucks, 4 motorcycles) and recommending this product to everyone. I am SO glad I found out about these products from a mechanic on YouTube who says these are "products your mechanic does not want you to know about" and that they will "make your vehicle last 3x longer". I have no doubt this is so. Easy to use. Does as advertised. Worth every penny.

Don't pooh-pooh - it WORKS!
Manufacturer has two similar products; one for oil, one for fuel. This review is for the oil additive. I also saw this via with Scotty on YouTube. The only reason I'm giving 4 starts because the top is a little difficult to take off. Don't know about or why any complaints regarding this product. It's great! Our success came even before we were done, and I'm sure I did it wrong. I believe you're supposed to add it, run your engine high, empty by changing your oil, and enjoy. I did this over a 2 day stint, with 2 round trips to work (apprx 25 min's each way) and one 15 min trip to the mechanic to have oil changed. I added only ½ on day one, and we could DEFINITELY hear a difference with the engine being more quiet after the 1st day return trip home. I added the remaining amount for 2nd day trip. i will update this review after the official oil change, but even after JUST first day of cleaning we can definitely hear an improvement. ADDITIONAL PRO TIP: Regarding the difficult top. The product looks like it has one, but actually has TWO type of tops! I cant say how the first top is "supposed" to come off, but I took a screw driver and gently pried up into and around and around the edge and finished - twist /pulled off. THEN... there's a second top that has one of those plastic ring types to pull /tear clear of the can. It's still tough, so I took a screw driver again - put it through the ring and twisted it off gently until it stretched and broke out.

Works, If You Actually Receive the Product.
First off, this is the second time I ordered this product but the first time I actually received it. Last time I never received my order and had to be refunded. Credit to the seller this time it arrived exactly as stated within two days. I tried to leave a bad review last time, but Amazon would not let me do so. Now for the product review itself. I'm sure most of us are here because of Scotty Kilmer and his praise of "Bernie's Cleaner" and so far, so good. Being it's only been one day. I did exactly what Scotty recommended after pouring the CRF fuel cleaner in my gas tank. I drove it around for about 40 minutes with the rpm's between 3500-4000 keeping it in 2nd or 3rd gear the whole time. My car is a 2007 Corolla with over 200,000 miles on it. I'm the second owner and I got the car from my aunt when she passed away, she bought it new. For years she had a problem with the cars long term fuel trim percentages being over 30 tripping the check light or "MIL" and giving a code P0171. Most of the time for this particular code it's the intake manifold gasket sucking in or allowing too much air into the system, but she already had the gasket replaced. So, I did the usual tests, 02 sensors, fuel pump pressure, exhaust manifold cracks before the 02 sensor ect... With no luck, I wanted to try the Bernie's cleaner, but I like I said I never received it, so I opted for some Royal Purple fuel injector cleaner which Scotty actually used on a Corolla in one of his videos. It actually worked for about 7 months but then the MIL light came back on. Today is August 31, 2025, I got the cleaner yesterday poured it into the car with about 1/4 tank of gas. I drove to the gas station, filled the car up with 93 octane and drove it around. Before doing so, I wrote my mileage down and checked everything with my ODB scan tool. I watched the live data as I drove around for the 40 minutes and the long term fuel trim went down from 34 to 25 by the time I got back home with the short term fuel trim reading around -1.6 and currently no code or pending code. Now that was with just one day and 40-60 minutes of total drive time. I plan on doing the same drive cycle today once the rain lets up and I will update this review as time goes by. I hope this helps others in deciding whether or not to try this product. As of right now, today, I would recommend it. But only time will tell.
