Unreliable

The instructions on the bag were for regular quinoa, not sprouted quinoa. I cooked as suggested, bypassing my judgment, and it was mush in minutes. Totally dissatisfied. Won’t buy again from this seller/brand.

Flavor

Pretty awful. Am a fan of other sprouted quinoas - True Roots, for instance. This quinoa taste like it was soaked in vinegar water.
