Works as a mirror on the desk, not a great fortune ball
The mirrored surface works great as a way to see behind you, which is the primary reason I got it. Tough to read the fortune when using as a fortune ball.

I have ordered this for my office desk; it is a great product. It can work as a mirror and a holder

Dont buy, Not worth the price
EDIT JUL 30, 2024: This thing is garbage. I finally put a plant in it and only a couple of weeks later the reflective finish on the inside is flaking off. I can rub my finger nail on the inside and it just comes off. Most expensive glass bowl ive bought. For 3 stars just days after purchase: Pretty good, but the refelction isnt a mirror finish. It has many waves and ripples in it that destort the image quite a bit. Also very fragile. I didnt break mine, but im always afraid I might.

Pretty, but very flimsy.
It didn't come with anything inside to hold up the flower. I had some marbles that I thought would work and as I was putting them in -it broke. It is paper thin material. Be careful when handling.
