Lauren Madison Baby boy Christening Baptism Infant Shantung Full Length Romper

I followed everyone's reviews and went a size bigger. My little one is 6 months and 18lbs so I got a 9-12 month suit and it is too big. It is beautiful to look at but came with a red mark down the side :( It is too close to the baptism for me to send it back and get another one so I will just cover it with my hand while holding him. It looks like a red pen streak or someone wearing red nail polish packed the suit in the plastic. The material wasn't what I was expecting for the price. I expected something softer and as someone else mentioned it is quite sheer. I also didn't receive the keepsake bag that is suppose to come with but it did arrive a week before I expected it to. But he will look very handsome on his big day and that's all the matters besides that I would of giving it 5 stars.

We bought this for my 9month old for his baptism in September. It arrived on the day it said it would, fits nicely, he looked so cute!! We wanted a long sleeve w/ pants because we thought it was gonna be chilly by the time he got to wear it but we emded up having 90 degree weather!! We had it altered at the last minute but still looked good, plus we didn't want to buy another one since this one was pretty cheap ($14 with shipping and all) must have been on sale because now I see the price is up. Material is nice and sturdy, although not breathable. Baby didn't seem to mind at all. It says dry clean only but we put it on gentle cycle, low dryer and it turned out just fine. I did iron it a little bit and also it was fine. One thing though, the hat did not fit, but my baby does have chubby cheeks!

This is well constructed with a lot of attention to detail. There were many compliments about how adorable our grandson looked in this outfit. We are very happy we purchased it. Our grandson is only three months old, but he weighs 15 pounds and is 24 inches long. That is why we went with the 6-9 month outfit. It was roomy but not overly so. We liked the fit. The only caveats would be that the material is not very breathable, so summer baptisms or churches that crank up the heat could be troublesome. The other caveat is that while the outfit fit well, there was some minor bunching up of the legs. Again, we are glad we purchased this item and would recommend this to others.

This outfit fit as expected for our son's Baptism and we received many complements. Yes the outfit is sheer and you many want to put your baby in a onsie depending on the time of the year or the temperature of the church, building, etc. Even though the outfit fit nicely, like others have stated, the pant legs do have a tendancy to ride up and the cap was too big for our newborn's head. Also I would not recommend keeping the outfit on all day as it can be combersome to remove to change a diaper!

Loved the outfit, our boy looked adorable and stole everyone's hearts at our church. It looks very plain on the picture, however it's much more dressy in real life, has beautiful subtle shine to it, but not overwhelming like satin. We loved how our boy looked in it, specially with that little collar and 3 buttons, too cute! It has enough room to put a white onsie underneath, even with our chubby boy we could still do that. Overall, very happy with the purchase, was delivered sooner than expected properly packaged in a big box and a cellophane to avoid wrinkles. Oh, almost forgot, the hat was very cute too, but the straps were too short so our boy couldn't really wear it, besides it made him look a little bit like a girl so we left it at home.

This outfit is adorable! I purchased it for my 8 month old who is 20lbs and 29in long (a bit big for his age). I expected this to fit perfectly based on the size chart. It fit great expect the pant legs slid up to the knee the entire time. There were several loose threads all around the romper, a few on the hat, and the bottom button on the top front arrived loose.....easily fixed but for the price I paid I wasn't expecting that. The material has a faux satin look, it's a polyester type blend. Not a breathable material so keep the temp in mind before purchasing. Overall it was a good purchase and everyone loved the outfit.

I purchased a 6-9 month for my 5 month old - he's 26 inches long and 17 lbs. I wanted him to have something on that one no other baby would - and this was it! It looked great on him. It's not too breathable so be sure to put this on your baby right before you get up to get his baptism done, unless it's just a colder day. Great material, pleats were a great touch, I enjoyed the detail and overall the outfit fit perfectly - when he stood up. when he layed down he liked to kick his feet and the legs on the romper would go up to his calf, but no big deal. It did the trick. Awesome product.

The outfit fits my son perfectly. he will be 6 months old when he is christened. so not sure if it would fit a 7- or 8- or 9-month old. And my son is on the average side. the hat is a little snug and wish it was a tad bigger, but it'll work for the short time he will have it on. I ordered the 9-12 month size also just to compare. that hat fits him better, but the outfit is too big so will be returning.But the outfit itself is great quality, very pretty and looks expensive. very cute for a christening outfit.
