This was the perfect underwear substitute for my wedding day. No panty lines or waist band lines (I had a fitted mermaid-style dress), no roll down of the waist or roll up of the leg openings, gave me NOTICEABLE waist definition (I am otherwise a rectangle body shape), smoothed my lower belly pooch, and was comfortable all night, through dinner and dancing. Cheaper than the Skims version, which I returned because it was crotchless and almost too compressive. A couple of notes: careful with your nails when putting this on, I poked a couple holes in it by accident even with my very short, very rounded nail extensions. Luckily, the holes did not seem to get any bigger after wearing. Also, I sized up from small to medium. I think that likely helped with the comfort and lack of roll-down. I am usually a size 27 waist in jeans with relatively narrow hips.

Correct size, seemingly worked well on first use with absolutely no issues but when I went to use them a second time (4 days after the return window closed unfortunately), they ran and tore when I pulled them up (Again, correct size and I have short nails that are not sharp and pulled these on appropriately). I've used other shapewear before (Maidenform) and have had no issues with close to 100 wears on a single one of their garments but this tore and ran on only the second use. I'm very disappointed because I had heard that this brand was quality and had a good reputation but unfortunately I don't believe it is worth the higher cost at all given the low quality. It also rolls awkwardly at the top, pinching the skin but did provide good tummy control the one time I got to wear it.

Very pleased with these spanx shorts. As you can see in the before and after photos, they really work in slimming the tummy! Makes me feel much more confident in tight clothes after having a baby. This is my first time using shapewear, but I found them easy to get on. I wore these for 12 hours straight the first time I wore them, and they were super comfortable! I forgot I had them on. The fold open gusset design made it super easy to use the restroom without having to take them off. The top of the band did roll down a little, but it didn't show through my clothes and it didn't bother me physically. I'm short (5'-2") so that probably contributes to the rolling. I ordered size Large per the Spanx size chart, and it was the right fit. The shorts seem well constructed and made out of quality materials. Overall, I think these shorts work well and are worth the money. I recommend!

They compression was good for me, however the legs keeps rolling up turning into boyshort panties,thank God I was wearing a flowing dress so it wasn't showing the rolled up bulk through the dress.

I bought this product out of all of the other’s on amazon for the name brand, thinking if their leggings are THAT good (ifykyk) then their shapewear should be as well. Overall, I’m not super disappointed, but I did expect a little more from the brand. The material is very thin and sheer. I’m 5’10” 200lbs and have a 38” waist and 47” hips with a 35” underbust. I got the size large and it fit perfectly. Easy to get into and the shorts were very comfortable. As soon as I put it on I noticed the “sticky” band at the top that goes under your bust was going to give me issues staying up. Not mad about it for what I need to wear it for bc you won’t notice. Anyways, 4/5 stars for price and I would recommend this product.

I wore the Spanx Higher Power Shorty under my wedding dress, and it was absolutely perfect! It provided just the right amount of smoothing and support without feeling too tight or uncomfortable. The material is so rough, it’s difficult to pull your clothing over top of them. Fit is a bit small but that’s my fault because I guessed instead of measuring. Not as high waisted as I would prefer. Would not buy these again.

Nice but it does not stay up. It rolls down and it becomes uncomfortable to wear.

Comfortable amount of compression and does a great job smoothing out the stomach area and does not roll down.

Bedingt geeignet, die Hosenbeine rollen sich auf was unter einer Jeans nicht auffällt aber unter einer Leggins oder einem engen Kleid sichtbar wäre. Ich habe die gleichen mit längeren Beinen da gibt es das Problem nicht. Größe M passt optimal bei 168 cm und 56 Kilo. Das Anziehen ist etwas mühsam aber wenn man drin ist macht es eine schöne Silhouette. Ich empfehle den oberen Rand unter den BH zu stecken, das verhindert dass es runter rollt.

Felt good on the first try, but as soon as o left the house it rolled down on both the top and the bottom. The seams at the bottom are very visible in the dress.
